As the founding lead of Inspire Her, Ria Godha is dedicated to creating a world where women have equal access to opportunities and the freedom to achieve their potential. Her journey is rooted in a profound commitment to gender equality, education, and empowering women to take control of their futures. In her leadership roles at Heritage Xperiential Learning School and GIDE.AI, she has spearheaded initiatives to foster inclusive spaces for women and promote equality. Through her journalistic work, Ria has focused on bringing attention to critical women’s issues, including harassment, legal rights, and social estrangement, leveraging storytelling to amplify voices and spark meaningful dialogue. Her extensive experience with non-profit organizations has deepened her understanding of the transformative power of education and empowerment in shaping lives. With Inspire Her, Ria is passionately dedicated to equipping, inspiring, and supporting young women to lead, innovate, and drive a more equal and inclusive world.

Shivansh Gupta is a multi-talented grade 11 IBDP student and a recipient of numerous prestigious awards across diverse fields. An international debating champion and a proud member of the Indian Debate Team for 2023-24 and 2024-25, Shivansh has consistently showcased his skills on global platforms. His accolades include being the ESL Champion at Cambridge University, ESL Finalist and 3rd Best ESL Speaker at Oxford University, Silver Champion at Imperial College London, and Silver Finalist at King’s College London. He has also excelled in debating competitions at Stanford, Georgetown, Harvard, and the University of Toronto, earning multiple top speaker awards and finalist placements. He has participated in state and national chess tournaments and is currently co-authoring two research papers in STEM and Economics under renowned professors. Shivansh’s passion for innovation and leadership has been further highlighted by his success at Harvard MUN, where he secured ₹75,000 in funding for his project. With an unwavering drive for excellence, he continues to inspire peers across disciplines, blending creativity, intellect, and a commitment to making a difference.

Saina Sahni, a student at Scottish High International School, is a founding team member of Inspire Her and a dedicated advocate for gender equality. She actively contributes to the cause by working to empower women and amplify their voices, striving to drive positive change within the community. Through her endeavors in sustainability, including founding her company ZIROW, and her volunteer work with non-profits, Saina has gained valuable insights into the critical importance of empowering women and fostering leadership at all levels.

A high schooler with a passion that runs deeper than academics, Ishita Datta believes in the power of voices—especially those of women. Driven to create change, she’s set on championing equality, amplifying unheard perspectives, and challenging norms that hold anyone back.

Abhishek Gupta, Asia’s leading career counselor, is an esteemed alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles. With over two decades of expertise, he has guided more than 100,000 students and delivered keynote speeches at over 1,000 national and international conferences. He is the visionary founder of High School Moms, Asia’s largest community for parents, students, and educators, and GIDE.AI, the world’s only profile-building platform recognized among Forbes' Select 200 Companies. His contributions to education have earned him the prestigious Times Education Icon Award in 2019.
